BSEE Issues Request for White Papers on Oil & Gas Safety
On December 2, 2011 BSEE Technology Assessment and Research (TA&R) Program announced a call for proposals addressing 2012 Proposed Research on Safety of Oil and Gas Operations in the US Outer Continental Shelf.
Please follow the instructions in the request. This announcement closes on January 18, 2012. The announcement gives the prospective clients instructions on how to respond and send in their proposals to the Bureau for review. Search for announcement number M12PS00004 at http://www.FedBizOpps.gov/
BSEE has suggested guidelines that you may follow if your white paper results in a future request for a full proposal. The purpose is to provide consistency in proposals to expedite the review process
