On July 16, 2008, MMS Technology Assessment and Research (TA&R) Program announced a call for white papers addressing oil spill response and decommissioning research projects. Please only submit white papers on the topics listed and follow the instructions for the request. This announcement closes on August 18, 2008. The following link to the announcement will show the research topics. This announcement gives the prospective clients instructions on how to respond and send in their proposals to MMS for review.
